Executive Coaching within your organisation
I will work with executives, senior leaders and professionals as a ‘thought partner and sounding board". Listening, questioning and challenging individuals to reflect and make “changes in what matters” to them. We will review values, beliefs, performance and the organisational culture.
1. An" Introduction Session" will allow us to discuss “what success looks like”, how we will track progress, and how we will evaluate results & performance? An agreement is set and agreed. This is a 30 minute zoom session provided at "No Cost".
2. Coaching Sessions: Whether this is with the individual, the organisation or both, goals are set and a coaching partnership agreed. This may mean linking the individual and organisational issues and creating a “coaching process in the context of modern challenges” such as performance, profit, the environment, and sustainability.
3. Mid Reviews. We review progress, strengths, weaknesses and re-set the goals.
4. The following coaching and mentoring sessions are more specific and tailored as the partnership develops.
